10 Year Guarantee

Our products are built to the highest standards and we stand by the quality of all products.

All mattresses carry a 10 year warranty - see below for terms. All other products carry a one year warranty.

All Sleepsure memory foam mattresses are warranted for a period of ten years (pro rata*) against any manufacturing defect arising from poor workmanship, materials or assembly of the product.

The guarantee does not cover normal changes in hardness or properties that do not affect the pressure-relieving properties.

* *pro rata*:
* 1st year full guarantee.
* 2nd year 50%
* 3rd year 40%
* 4th year 25%
* 5 to 10 year 10%

The mattress cover and zip is guaranteed for 1 year only

If a claim is made under the guarantee, you must present a proof of purchase as documentation of your purchase.

The period of warranty starts from the date of delivery. Sleepsure will replace, repair or refund at Sleesure discretion the product free of charge should the product fail due to manufacturing defect, provided that written details of the said defect are sent to us. We reserve the right to request the return of the product and recoup any delivery costs.

The warranty will not apply if:

1. The product has been used otherwise than for personal use.

2. Cleaning has been carried out other than as advertised in the cleaning instructions supplied with the product.

3. The product has not been properly stored.

4. Repairs or alteration have been carried out other than by Sleepsure.

5. Notice of defects has not been given within the specified period above.

6. The mattresses has not been placed on an adequate bed base.

7. The product has suffered malicious damage.

8. The guarantee does not cover normal changes in hardness or properties that do not affect the pressure-relieving properties.
